Vektor Balkan is the general distributor of Camsan laminate flooring in the Balkan region. Camsan is a well known brand for producing high quality laminate flooring, and through Vektor Balkan, its products are available in Balkan markets, offering a wide range of designs and qualities to meet the needs of consumers in this region.

MDF’s Face of Türkiye and the Global Market

Established in 1984 in Ordu as the first MDF manufacturer of Türkiye, the Middle East and the Balkans, and the fourth of Europe, Çamsan Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. [Çamsan Wood Industry and Trade Inc.] signed Türkiye’s first MDF export achieving international quality standards, and has completed its transformation to ÇAMSAN ORDU as of 2011, becoming the face of MDF in Türkiye and the global market.

Huge Investment of 70 Million Euros

Pioneering the sector with high quality and environmentally friendly forest products that touch life and inspire people to redesign their living and working spaces, Çamsan Ordu made a huge investment of 70 million Euros for the new MDF 3 facility in 2019 drawing a unique, permanent and new road map in its sector.

The Latest Technology

This facility, which will start operating at the end of 2020, has been designed to use the cutting edge technology CPS + press system of the German-based firm Dieffenbacher.

The work of the unique nature of Anatolia, Çamsan Ordu, with this investment, aims to enhance its current MDF production 2.5 times and its export capacity 3 times by increasing its market share and product diversity, determining the new standards in its sector with its leading brand identity.

Our Facilities

MDF FACILITIES

Çamsan Ordu manufactures raw MDF, MDFLAM and glue for the furniture sector in its two factories with an annual production capacity of 5.400.000 m3 in Ordu. The factory, which is established on a total area of 236.946 m2 with a closed area of 71.933 m2, consists of two MDF manufacturing facilities, paper impregnation facility, chemistry facilities, central biological and chemical waste treatment and utilization facility. Çamsan Ordu utilizes multilayer press and continuous press technologies in its facilities.

PLATING FACILITIES

Çamsan Ordu has increased its production capacity by 100% by establishing its second plating facility in 1998, since the first facility established in 1993, could not meet domestic and export demand. With the third plating line established in 2013, all of its facilities are capable of manufacturing nine different structures of steel plates.

LAMINATE PARQUET FLOORING FACILITY

Çamsan Ordu continues to produce laminate flooring in 1997 with its advanced technology facility and high capacity today.

CHEMICAL FACILITY

The chemical facilities, which were put into service in 2000, consist of Formaldehyde Unit and Resin Unit. Formaldehyde Facility is a fully automatic computer controlled complex facility that uses iron molybdenum oxide catalyst reactors and ensures maximum conversion and quality by showing the trends of thermal profiles affecting formaldehyde production efficiency and quality (the first application in Türkiye was performed in Çamsan Ordu), and has a daily formaldehyde production capacity of 120 tons.

PAPER IMPREGNATION FACILITY

Çamsan Ordu meets the need for the impregnated paper from its own impregnation facility. As in MDFLAM, the impregnation process of overlay (protective paper), balance papers and decoration papers needed for NORTHWIND is also carried out in the facilities of Çamsan Ordu. The chemical resin needs of the facility is met by “Chemical Facility of Çamsan Ordu”. The production capacity of impregnated paper is 28,000,000 m2 per year.

R&D CENTER

Çamsan Ordu has officially established its R&D center as of January 25, 2019 and this R&D center is distinguished by being the first R&D center in Ordu province. We have started our cooperation with METU and KTU within the scope of university industry cooperation in order to produce value-added results by combining the industrial experience and the academic knowledge of universities. We aim to apply for the projects at national and international level by ensuring university-industry cooperation. The object of our activities in the R&D Center is to develop value-added products that will contribute to the economy of our country. Our company develops its awareness and knowledge about products, services, requests and expectations of the recent consumers and customers with its new investments. In addition, The R&D Department is attentive to ensure that the new products that will be developed by working in integration with other units meet the market demands and needs. For Çamsan Ordu, the R&D is not an issue that only concerns one department, but it is a business field that all departments of the company are engaged to and considered as a responsibility. Çamsan Ordu aims to internalize R&D within the company by taking constructive steps on this subject and trying to spread the idea-suggestion-reward-encouragement system within its structure. As Çamsan Ordu, we are aware of the importance and indispensability of R&D activities for the improvement of our company and we maintain our work with this motivation.
